Dr. Kelly Skinner
Veterinarian, Medical Director
Dr. Skinner has always had an interest in science, and has always had a love for all things animal. She’s been with us since 2017, and we are so glad to have her on the All Pet team.
When not at work, Dr. Skinner spends her time with her family: her husband, their kids, and a Dachshund named Belli Bee and a retriever named Tilt. She also enjoys reading, horseback riding and Indy Car racing.
Dr. Jeanette Jiricek
Veterinarian
Dr. Jiricek joined All Pet in the summer of 2019. Growing up, her love of animals was apparent to everyone, as she was regularly told she’d be a great Veterinarian. Now she can’t imagine doing anything else!
In her spare time, Dr. Jiricek enjoys traveling around Ireland, UGA Football and running. Her family includes her French/English Bulldog, Mademoiselle French Toast!
Kimberley Lundsford
Practice Manager
Kim joined our practice in January 2025, bringing her passion for client education, addressing pet overpopulation, and advocating for preventative care. She is dedicated to helping pet owners make informed decisions to ensure their furry companions live happy and healthy lives.
At home, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband, their two daughters, and their beloved pets—a dog named Zuki and a cat named Cetus.
Outside of work, Kim is a huge Formula 1 and MotoGP enthusiast, a devoted fan of the Green Bay Packers and the Indianapolis Colts, and an avid attendee of the Indy500. When she’s not cheering on her favorite teams, you can find her enjoying concerts, exploring the outdoors, or simply making the most of time with her family.
Sherri Marmande, RVT
Registered Veterinary Technician
Sherri joined our practice in November 2022 as a Registered Veterinary Technician. From a young age, she knew she wanted to be a voice for animals, which inspired her to pursue a career as a veterinary technician. Her compassion and dedication are evident in her work every day.
Sherri’s family includes her husband, Andrew, her daughter, Hannah, her son, Dylan, and their beloved dog, Banjo (affectionately known as Pup Pup). Together, they enjoy spending time outdoors, camping, hiking, and exploring nature. Sherri also loves cooking and relaxing with a good movie.
Jessica Souder
Veterinary Assistant
Jessica has been a dedicated Veterinary Assistant since 2017, driven by her passion for advocating for animals and their needs. Her caring and compassionate approach makes her an essential part of our team.
At home, Jessica enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Bella and Jackie, and her two cats, Moosh and Seuss. When she’s not at work, she loves watching cat videos and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
Rebeca Avalos
Veterinary Assistant
Rebeca joined our clinic in May 2023 as a dedicated Veterinary Assistant. Her passion for helping animals began in childhood, inspired by her grandfather, who often brought home injured animals to nurse them back to health. This early experience sparked Rebeca’s lifelong commitment to animal care.
At home, Rebeca shares her life with her beloved cats: Mojo Jojo, Cheddar Bay Biscuit, Mozzarella, Muncie, and Marsi Cat. When she’s not at work, she enjoys crocheting cozy hats for cats, combining her creativity with her love for felines.
Haley Hill
Veterinary Assistant
Haley has been part of our team since September 2020, bringing a strong passion for caring for animals. As a Veterinary Assistant, she has gained valuable experience in animal care, handling, and medical procedures. Her dedication to her role reflects her love for animals and commitment to their well-being.
Haley’s family includes her husband, Ben, and their son, Jase. Their household is filled with love and a variety of pets, including a skunk named Mysterio; dogs Eerie, Lily, Crowley, Ferdinand, Fern, Draeven, and Lady Bird; and cats Venom, MJ, Riccardo, Juniper, Gouda, Binks, and Amathea.
Before joining veterinary medicine, Haley served in the Army for 9 years and earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. In her free time, she enjoys solving puzzles and spending quality time with her family and animals.
Jessi Gearhart
Client Service Representative
Jessi joined our team in September 2023 as a Client Service Representative. With over five years of experience in veterinary medicine since 2018, Jessi is passionate about helping families access affordable and compassionate care for their pets. Her background in animal welfare fuels her dedication to connecting clients with the resources they need.
At home, Jessi shares her life with 14 cats and 2 lovable pit bulls. Outside of work, she enjoys attending concerts and music festivals, and offering pet-sitting services to others in her community.
